If you belong to a group, any group, chances are that you've developed a specific language that only people within the group can truly understand. From online chat boards to the corporate boardroom, the same word can have countless meanings and connotations. Adjectives become nouns, nouns become verbs, and in that moment of mutation the speaking group experiences a founder effect.
